A packing list for changing locations
When a small sound system, lighting setup or technical accessories are needed in different places, having everything present determines a good start. Lay out all items before inquiring. The main device usually gets attention; power supplies, brackets and adapters are easier to overlook. A shared list prevents the interior layout from being planned only around the largest device.
State which parts stay together and which are used independently. This raises the question of whether one shared case or several more manageable units make sense. The design is discussed based on your specific project. A small footprint alone says little about how easy the packed case is to carry.
From vehicle to setup location
In the Traunstein district, k1 in Traunreut illustrates how varied events can be: the venue lists concerts, theatre, talks and conferences among its uses. For your own project, ask about the actual routes and requirements of the venue. Setup and transport requirements may differ by room and use.
Record whether the equipment travels in a car, trailer or van. Measure relevant loading openings yourself. Handles, fittings and any castors are part of the external dimensions. Also consider the situation after unpacking: a removed lid needs space too. These details help you discuss a realistic format.
What you can send DM-Cases
DM-Cases lists audio and lighting cases, standard racks and custom builds. Send photographs of the complete setup, dimensions and weight of the contents, plus a brief setup description. For an existing case, interior layout photographs are helpful. Describe specifically what causes problems during current transport.
The business is based at Hermann-Löns Str. 4 in Kolbermoor. Initial requirements for your Traunstein project can be discussed by telephone or email. Feasibility, timing and handover organisation are clarified individually. Please arrange an appointment before visiting.
Good to know
Why is the accessory list important for a mobile setup?
It shows which items travel together and how completeness can be checked when packing. Dimensions and weight should cover the entire intended transport set.
